Just thought I'd share my v3 kraton with a proline ratrod body. I modified the wing to make it fit without cutting off the back of the bed.

Proline Ratrod body and screw cap body mounts.

That body is discontinued. Yes that is a Kraton 6s.

I was right on the ragged edge of going with white paint and changed my mind at the last minute. I’m glad I did now.
After seeing how it turned out I decided to add a low profile police type light bar. It’s not really needed since the things already got enough lights to scare all the frogs out of the pond, but it’ll give more of that emergency vehicle feel.

Wow that looks way better than I expected it to. Followed by...
I can‘t wreck it now.
I’m simultaneously thrilled and bummed at the results.
Luckily I still have a couple old bodies of the same type I can swap to trash.

It's definitely not worth more than $10. It goes on sale from time to time. I bought two last time I found it for $9.99 at Walmart.

That’s what I’m hoping for. I found them on kohl’s online for $7.49 but they are out of stock. At that price I’d buy a bunch

I'm going to do a one color paint job and reinforce it for bashing. i might bed liner it.... I found a brand that works awesome on lexan. I have anorher rc car done with it on the outside. I rather not fall in love with a paint job, like I did in the pastand, spend more time reinforcing a body. I'm starting to prefer the bed liner paint jobs I've been testing out. I found a brand that works well. My slash is bed linered, it resembles a rat rod.

Looks great - what brand of bed liner did you find worked best?

One of my personal favorite bodies for the Arrma Kraton is the Proline Bulldog (for the MBX-6T).

Another one done by Proline is the Chevy Silverado body, though it's not really my style for the Arrma Kraton.

Maybe the body off the Losi LMT. Check the wheelbase and width. I know @Notorious J has a LMT.

I bought an LMT roller, so it didn't come with a body. I have a Pro-Line 73 Ford Bronco one, which I can drop on top later to see how it looks.

I've been looking for a Mojave type shell for my Kraton 6s BLX RTR but haven't really been able to find a desert racer type shell for it. I think the Senton shell might fit with its current dimenions, but it had me wondering if the Traxxas Slash shell would fit better since its slightly longer. I know of course i would have to do some trimming, but for science does anyone have a Traxxas Slash shell that can put it on a Kraton 6s (the non xl conversion) to see what it looks like?
