Hi to everyone, I have a lot of trouble taking the EC5 connectors apart from each other. Is there anything I can do? Maybe with sandpaper large grit size in order to smooth out a bit the connector... What do you think?

This. A tiny dab on a q-tip, and swirl it around the inside of the battery plug.Little bit of dielectric grease on the inside plastic may help, also disconnect them right away when the wires are still warm and connectors more pliable.
Make sure whatever you’re doing is not putting tensile stress on the wires from the connector, exposing the +/- strands will potentially lead to
