Hello - so heres my first post.
Just wondering if its ok to change the brake setting from its default 37.5% up to 50% without any issues?
It just just seem to brake very hard on its current default setting and with my young son i would like to make it stop quicker.
Appreciate any opinions on this.

Other ESC's have more tuning options that will allow to set for more brake power. You'll be fine at 50%, whichever you prefer ?

Having said that I would advise not to brake too hard and too fast in straight lines. It's best to get into the habit of cruising and steering to slow down. It's a lot easier on the drivetrain and creates less heat for the ESC/motor ? I've had front diffs that began to pop when braking hard. The bevel profile on the spiral cut diff gears are designed to take more load one way rather than the other

The issues that you will likely see are increased heat and a little more wear on your gears.

The upside is not running into things, like your ankles ???‍♂️
