WowI'm pushing the earth down (Marine push-ups) 60 times every other day. Max is 32 straight (that's 64 straight regular push-ups) hard as hell @ 47.... Goal is still 100 straight regular. Still doing 8 sets of 10- 40lb dumbbell curls in-between days with some concentration curls, dumbbell lunges, speed walking 2-3 miles daily.. You want to look like a body builder? FULL TIME JOB! Not at 47
