It surprising how much vibration/wear/tear out of balance wheels can cause, especially as they get heavier. A hand held balancer for 17mm hex wheels, and a bar of balance clay, are cheap, and can really smooth a car out. Set your steering endpoints properly.
Check fasteners for tightness,
