For those of you that prefer online, how do you justify shipping cost?

I need a $6 part shipping is $25, early express (1 business day) is $87.

I get most of my parts on ebay from breakers and its always free delivery

I think there are a few hobby shops near me, not sure, don't care.. online is it for me. To my doorstep? Yes please!! We had a Hobbytown back when, hated it. Bunch of bird brained know it all's.. good riddance. You know, go in asking for Losi parts, uh I can order it for ya. Yeah, me too.. no thanks. They had walls covered in TRX debris though!

I do the same. Even if its not free shipping there are things you can do. If buying multiple things from the same person Add to cart, then buy. Most the time shipping will combine automatically. If it doesn't, you can contact the seller and they will usually always make the shipping fair. Contact them before paying.
I love using ebay since I began selling last year. I've learned that there is a whole lot actually going on that most are oblivious to lol.

Well I must say I'm very lucky .i can drive to over 20 rc shops all within a hour between Rhode island Massachusetts,and Connecticut way to many for me to post each one so here is just a few.

I have 3 shops within 20min of me, and Amain packages show up within 1-2 days. That’s good enough for most things.

I think the trick is to always be fixing 4-5 cars at the same time so parts are always coming in and then you don’t notice things are taking a week to ship…

Agreed, if I have something broken that needs a $10 part, I push it aside and run something else. Once I need enough parts, then I order. I usually have 6 or 8 running rigs in the "rotation".
