Hey guys,

So I see that most 1/8 buggy tires are around 110mm tall. I'm trying to find some options in the 120-125mm range, with a similar width. No MT tires.
Anyone aware of any?

Go faster and they’ll ballooon to that range 🤣

Most off-road buggy tires are ~117mm tall from my experience.

Perhaps some 1/8 "truggy" tires might do? I've used these, but on a mojave running 6s was a bit too much. They started peeling off the rim first pack. 4s or perhaps a lighter rig they hold up much better..currently running them on a MT410,4s..they're great on that.

Or.. availabe in different offsets too.

Came here to post these.

Work great on 4s on a Talion XL.

No truggy tires as they are mostly 140mm tall, and too wide.

Gotcha, tough void to fill..hopefully someone will have some more suggestions.
I have jetko tomahawk (I think that was the name?) On my 6s Typhon & I've been really impressed so far. They're belted so they don't balloon too badly & they rip around dirt/gravel really well. & I even got 55 mph pushing my lead sled down the street. Got em from small addictions
Whoops got name wrong- they have a few different ones

I've spent tons of time searching for options, not much to choose from without getting something wider also. The only taller option I've seen that isn't wider have been SCT tires for the Mojave. There are a few belted options that are close but a little wider like the belted Badlands which are 5 inches tall and 2.1 inches wide, so closer to buggy tire width than MT width. If you are running a 12mm hex you could look at the Duratrax belted stadium truck tires which are similar size to the Badlands. Method RC has a belted tire that is 5.5 inches tall and 2.25 inches wide: https://methodrc.net/products/terra...ires-on-switch-17mm-hex-wheels-2pcs-not-glued

Outside of this everything else I have found has been MT width.

Yeah, just listed it because its the only tire I know of that is taller without being wider but it is way taller. Everything else taller than buggy tires will be at least 2 inches wide, if you find something otherwise please post it because I have searched everywhere I know to look.

Yeah its been tricky trying to find anything. The idea is I want something larger for my HPI Apache DB without going too wide/heavy. 1/8 buggy tires and SCT tires just look too small.
