Howdy All.... Time to get to work....

1. The limitless will get stripped and I will design a new splitter and diffusor to 100% match the Supra body. I will be updating this as I go. I have 3 days off and she will be finished at the end of it!!

2. The body will be sanded, filler applied, sanded again, more filler, sanded, Primer filler, sanded again, prolly more primer..... Then a final paint job....

3. I am also custom designing all the light buckets with clear PLA, might not get here in time for my deadline we shall see, and it will have a light controller with all working lights, brake/signals etc. Then I will custom designing sideview mirrors. Finally custom designing a locking magnetic body mount system.

4. Once its all done I will be applying custom made vinyl window stickers and possibly some custom vinyl graphics we shall see.

As Always... ENJOY!!

hahaha it might be just like that if I do. Jk im pretty surprised honestly. I just beat the living sh1t outta this body sanding it and it didnt break even a little corner off. As I always say, people underestimate 100% infill PLA+. I have to many examples of PLA taking 25 lbs hits at 50mph that I cant even count them. No this body isnt that thick hahah. But she is chonky. After removing all the supports I bet she's pushin 1.5+ lbs lol.

I mean even if i had to make a whole new body it is what it is.... What else am I doing with life :ROFLMAO: Build, crash, repeat!!!

So thank god the worst part is over. 120 grit powered hand sander work is done. Tomorrow its first coat of body filler.

Bro,I can't believe how nice that's coming out..you are so lucky to be able to print a whole damn cover wow..I swear if I had a printer and some how smart enough to use one I'd be printing all kinds of covers ..forget buying them from Delta which are way over priced lol my c8 Corvette cover cost me a little over 100 .that wasn't even including the stickers .and that was without a lexan wing which I went with a aluminum one instead.🤷. can't wait to see more progress on this cover ..any thoughts on a color scheme? Solid or some sort of cool graphics? Looking forward to this..I believe we all are😁👍. Let's go

Hell ya man. And like I said a lot of people don't realize if you know what your doing PLA and other materials are quite durable. So yes these actually are viable options for road cars.

Even after it's all done .if someone felt the need to reinforce it even more ,we could always do it from the inside . fiberglass tape and shoe glue or what ever👍.

Yeah thats true. I'm even a little impressed with its strength. I seriously was putting most of my weight on it and beat it all around with my powered sander. And obviously it was violently bouncing around on the body too. I was almost sure some little corner or something would snap off but it didnt.

I even held the wing with the force of probably 20% of my body weight for a good 1/4 of the sanding and it didnt snap either.

That's awesome..
So question is ,if you were to make one of this size for sale ,you would probably sell it for over 100? Just the printing not including the body work .just the parts

Do to the difficulty yes it would be pricy. People that buy a body and airbrush it and sell it for 200 or just shy of got nothing on this level of work.... I could airbrush 2 or 3 bodies in one day :ROFLMAO:

Mirrors and wipers, should be final draft as those are easy. Light buckets however this is v1 and will prolly be up to v4 or 5 lololol. They are printing now...
