Good grief that’s nice. Excellent presentation by where ever you’re at. I like to call those potato shots. Skin a skinny potato, cut it like a tall shot glass, hollow out, fill it full of yummy stuff and bake it… potato shot.

My 4 yr old daughter has been eating furikake since she was like 1.5. She’ll seriously eat just rice topped w that for a whole meal.

Just a little Tbone steak. Dry rubbed this morning and dry brine in fridge all day. On counter now getting temps equalized while the egg is getting ready.
