1) you learned "duck and cover" in elementary school during the Cold War
2) you were scared of total annihilation during the Cuban Missile Crisis
3) you were a freshman in high school when John F. Kennedy was assassinated
4) you watched the moon walk live on TV in 1969

I did all these things myself.
