Honestly any GRP xm5 to xm7 hard rim will do, it doesn't have to be the slicks "my personal favorite". Hobbyheroes is the main place i buy from, cheapest GRP's youll find.



Quick update... My wing print ran out of filament while I was sleeping lolol. I am redoing the Hood Scoop and Wing in red.

Update. Even with a 46t pinion it doesn't cog lololol, I thought for sure it would. Nope it rips off like its a small pinion. Hilarious. Its way to stupidly fast top end wise, but hey it doesn't cog so imma leave it.

Holy hell it gets the RPM going so quick now i am literally leaving possy marks everywhere i drive.

First issue bye bye center diff. Melted the diff cup and the spur was like 250 degrees lololol. Not literally I didnt temp it but to the touch it felt like it was red hot.

Time for a all metal diff.

This is by far the funest road car i have to drive, pure excitement and no fear. And holy hell it whales the road...

If you get a chance like I did to pick up a G2 max 5 combo for $300.... don't blink, do it, you wont regret it. It stays cool even at crazy gearing.

Getting this printing on my older BIQU BX for the infraction to have some beef on its hood. It wont replace the amazing scoop but be fun to put on sometimes for a day. Doing Silver Silk like all the Mad Max Felony stuff

Ok so I pulled the center diff, right. 3 minutes and its out. kool kool

She was all fried up and tasty.... Just the way we like our parts to be when we rip them out. Diff case completely cooked and gears fused in it.

Time for all metal, and time for all shinny new....

Hmmm I don't want the front diff bearing sitting in plastic, Also the stock piece melted of course. Hmmmm I don't have a spare aluminum one.... WAIT.... YES I DO!!

So why the hate?

I believe all he's stating is.. that it can be done with 'proper' basic setup.
He's Not requiring or forcing anybody else to the same thing with their own rigs..


Take for example-

Trying to Re-land a rocket backwards back to the concrete landing pad...
No one in their right mind would even contemplate doing such a thing...

The amount of stress on the rocket structure, internal fuel tanks and thrusters would be Too great to even try such a maneuver.
Plus, it would probably crack the landing pad if it came down too fast.

Let alone then re-used the same "landed" booster within a few days to launch another payload again!

Well, all it took was a guy who believed it can be done with current technology..
to beat physics and make it possible to do so, with each ~56,000-60,000 lb boosters.

You don't hear Any NASA engineers repeatedly telling Elon how absurd it is to keep doing that. , because "physics".

Yeah the funny thing about forum warriors is IRL they wouldnt say what they say but I would. And its exaclty why I don't talk crap until its necessary online or IRL. I keep it as real online as offline. People like us just roll like that. And I wish more did because it would keep people like me from having to destroy others verbally and mentally, and it would keep the warriors from saying dumb stuff to begin with. Again though for anyone else reading haha, I only do it when its warranted.

I think it's messed up that this disagreement happened in the Rc talk forum and it carried over here to @nomis38 build thread.i feel that's disrespectful.someones build thread shouldn't be any disputes or negativity.this is a place to learn ,view, maybey add ideas but def not a place to contribute hate. I think I've only gone to Rc talk a few times .I have seen a few members from here also there..let me edit.i mean not hate but argue on someone's build thread..should have been left where it started . It's ok to not agree with someone's views but it's another thing when respect is disregarded..some of the words being thrown back and forth to @nomis38 wasn't right at all..
