Fix for weak brakes

Arrma Mega brushed ESC
Arrma 12T 550 brushed motor
DX5C transmitter
Slash 2wd

Brakes are at 100 in the transmitter but are still super weak. It can’t even lock up the rear tires at full brake on a slippery surface.

I’m not aware of any accessible ESC settings - am I wrong there?

Maybe recalibrate the ESC’s neutral, power, brake sequence? It‘s possible that your rear “full” brake wasn’t registered properly.
Can you pull up a manual for the ESC? Maybe reset the brake settings through the blinks and beeps.

If all that @Dan B. suggested doesn't work, throw in a smaller pinion gear.
