Hey Guys!!!

Got me a Kraton v5 BLX in December, I've been running it stock until I had a crash which tore the hinge pin through the A-arm, bent a shock stand-off plus some other minor damage.
I decided this was a good time to start upgrading some of the BLX parts but I kinda got carried away, so here's what I've done so far from front to back

  • Kraton EXB Super Bash front bumper
  • Kraton EXB front upper hinge pin holder
  • Scorched RC Billet Hinge Pin Holder / Super Basher Front Bumper Mount
  • Scorched RC Titanium Front Axle CVD Shaft
  • M2C Front Upper Hinge Pin Retainers
  • Atomik RC Front & Rear Hubs
  • Custom RC Front-Rear Hinge Pin Holder (this is the other end of the billet hinge pin holder)
  • M2C Steering Top Plate
  • MACGREGOR MG7232HV servo
  • M2C Front & Rear Centre Brace
  • Scorched RC Front & Rear Centre driveshafts
  • M2C Rear Shock Tower Brace
  • Arrma Wheelie Bar
  • Rear Mud Guards
  • Dual 40mm motor fans
  • M2C Shock Tower Stand-offs (not installed yet as I'm waiting for the Scorched RC shock towers to arrive)
  • Also waiting for Scorched to restock the rear axle's then I'll be getting those.

Nice Work!
Great Mods 💪

After I get my Dumpster Fire up and running and Bash it Good a few times ,I'm going to probably upgrade it to your level too.

What are you using to mount those double 40mm fans?

Nah, it uses the same two bearings from the stock hubs, just transfer them over

Most folks go with a Max6 4958 or Castle MMX8S 1717 or something a little bigger once they start adding aluminum and bigger drive shafts.
You certainly don’t have to. I was just curious to see how it does. Its all dependent on how you drive how you gear and what you expect from it.
Also I think the electronics have gotten a bit better since the first spectrum stuff I bought. It used to be [not sure about now] junk. One or two times hot and it was toast. The fireteam I bought still has stock and it’s great! Two years ago I bought an Infraction and it smoked in no time. Just curious that’s all.
It is a damn nice build. Let us know how it performs.
