First of many questions....does the hinge plate get screwed directly to the chassis, if so what size screws , or does it get attached with bumper assembly (don’t have yet)?

The a-arms are on backwards. Fix that first.

It is a m3 countersunk maybe 10mm long. Should be in there somewhere.

I would think you would still use the gasket.....

I always fill up my diffs to the top, and when it squirts out from when you tighten it, wipe it off. I've always thought you don't want much air in there, if any.
