OK folks, been a while since I've been here. I've been hunting & pecking along. Just don't have the time (or patience) to type out the words. I have been noting of the significant finds, new arrma products coming out & so on.
My right hand is still so far behind. I just have a hard time doing anything- but I did run 2 packs thru it today (Typhotank). I have a difficult time cooking lunch, opening jars of pickles, opening up cans, cracking eggs, not spilling iced tea all over, just simple things take me forever. Forget how much I use my right hand.

Just be patient and hang in there bro! ❤️👊🏼 It will come with time.

Yea man, give it time. I know it's frustrating, but you'll get through this. Stay strong.

Plus, I hear the left hand makes it feel like someone else is doin' it.....if that helps. 🤭 :p  😂✌️

I think you were always that clumsy and just forgot! 😝 miss ya bud, glad to see you got some time behind the wheel. (y)

Hey Josh,
How's it going?
Still have you on our minds..

What's been happening on your end? Give us a shout when you get a chance.

Thank you, my friend!! Things are going alright. The medicaid that I have has been frustrating, one week it's OK, the next week they suspend the whole deal. Just makes it difficult to deal with- medicaid sucks, to be honest. Iowa in general sucks, as far as bills go. They just hafta keep getting appointments renewed.
I have been trying to follow along here - there are some new things that I have noticed. The thread on rotm, the brand new Big Rock 6s & the new k6 look great. I'd love to get the new k6. I wonder how you'd fit a pps motor mount on there tho?
Over all tho, I've been getting along, just still slowly. Have a big day coming up this weekend- time for the Hawks to shine again, just in time for the team up north or red team!!!🙂😉

Don't worry I've been breaking enough sht for the both of us! 😂

Does @Notorious J still give out the "award" for that?
Nobody has been breaking as much stuff as we were several months ago. But if I win again I'll ask for a shared certificate for the both of us! 😏

I use my left hand cuz I'm better at operating the VCR remote control with my dominant hand.

You still use a VCR?! 🤯
Antique porn collector?

The VCR was my "trainer" so to speak. Functionally it's been replaced by the mouse but the same principle still holds true.

Wouldn't it be easier to just give commands to Alexa..?
Let Bozo's company do all the work for you?

I had surgery on my right hand a month ago for severe carpal tunnel, and now my thumb and forefinger are almost totally dead. They still work, but if I’m holding something between my thumb and forefinger I can’t feel it at all. I have to watch my hand to perform tasks. It’s like operating my right hand remotely. It’s a very, very weird sensation. Hopefully some feeling will return over the next few months.
I just got back to my workbench last week, and I’ve got to tell you…putting a lock-nut on a 3mm screw is now a whole new endeavor.

Hey Dan,
Didn't even know you were suffering with carpal tunnel let alone went through surgery for it...
What caused it.. was it from typing?

Buddy, take it easy.
Definitely hope you get sensation back to your hand.

For years my right hand would go numb, sometimes up to the elbow, and it had been getting worse and worse. I finally went to the doctor and they did a nerve conduction test and said I should have surgery ASAP. I was totally shocked when they told me it was carpal tunnel. I‘ve only had a desk job for 5 years of my whole adult life. I’ve definitely abused my hands though.
The numbness in the hand and arm went away immediately after surgery, which was freaking awesome, but I lost all sensation in the tips of my right thumb and forefinger. Before the surgery, I knew I had lost some and sometimes had tingling, but it’s so much worse now. Doctor said some sensation would most likely return over the course of the next few months, but probably not to where it was before.
As long as I get something back I’ll be happy.
