Paint! Black filament, sanded, bondo applied to the entire helmet, sanded, primed twice, then 2 coats of dark metallic grey.

Wire loom for predator....

Installed foam in the Ironman like I do all the helmets to make them fit snug and to lift it up a bit. I cut slits in the foam and ran the wires through it. Finished it up with wire loom that exits the helmet. The helmet had spots for 8 bolts around the helmet. So I printed off some in silver silk and glued them on.

Update: "Predator"
STATUS: 20% more to go.

What it's using:
3 LEDs, 1 Servo "KST BLS915 v2.0" and controller for Plasmacaster, Google fold Arm Mount "it opens just like the real arm bracer, I bet mine has more computing power then his old one haha", BT Bose Speaker in helmet with push button noises "via phone" "predator clicking and scream"... Will add more noises like "over here, and anytime, ect"

Update: "Ironman Suit"
STATUS: Super unfinished. If any thoughts come to your mind, hey you should do this, its already being handled

What it's using:
Two "MG90" servos, Servo controller

Update: "Mandalorian Suit"
STATUS: 20% more to go

What it's using:
Google fold in the arm Bracer, Currently no Servo's or LEDs, but there will be, As of right now the only thing it's using is a Umarex 9xp gas blowback pistol

Got all the Mandalorian stuff mounted up to clothes. Still needing an accessory belt and shin armor, oh yeah and a cape.

Items I used are below. Basically I took Velcro and slapped its sticky side where i wanted it on the clothes, then mounted it with 2 piece rivets. Most everything was gotten from Walmart in the craft section.

Well the creation of my own personal grey Jedi outfit has been started. I have ordered all the clothes to make it a set.

Meet "Lord Chiron" The wreck your face, steal your woman, badass grey jedi



This helmet is just blk pla currently, it'll get the normal treatment of sanding, bondo, sanding, primer/filler, sanding, more primer/filler, then paint. Also the visor will be fully integrated into the helmet. The visor is RGB as a bonus, but i think red looks best.

Got in the Yellow Predator eyes. These will only be used to flash the eyes. There will still be tinted clear lenses installed behind these.

FYI you just heatgun them and push them on whatever you want to shape them, super easy, then hotglue them in. Super quick installs.

They look orange in my pic but IRL they look like the advertisment pic. Not sure whats up there.

Needed to wrap yourself in some silver mylar and stand in front of some palm trees surrounded by double mirrors to recreate that invisibility cloaking effect...

I've not seen a 3d printed p1 mask that has the yellow flashing eyes!! WooHoo!!
