For the front a alu mount on the tower to mount a rear mount from a infraction. And in back them form a Kraton front, the sit on the back of rear tower
I can post some pictures of it tomorrow is you want ☺️

I've had a few 1/8 8s typhons,,,,,but this little 1/10 typhon on 5s is the most radical rc I've built to date....on 4s this thing would SMOKE a stock 6s typhon easy...

We sure do love tp huh? You have so many and I tried them because of your posts and now I have like 7 or 8 at this point 🤣
Lol,ya they are where it's at...they have so many options, posidions are mostly 50000rpm motors with not many options above 2000kv...Cordova an neu are ridiculously overpriced...same with castle.......having some fun with a couple 3000+kv motors lately.heres a 5s pass with mini typhon from yesterday.this car is FN CRAZY FAST.qeights just under 6lbs w/o pack..it's got a tp3650-3080kv 36×84mm an xlx2 run great an stays cool...no fans on this pass..this car is the fastest rc I've ever had an it'll take 6s too..

Holy smokes that thing was fast. Do you think you actually need the xlx2? I bet the mmx8s could handle it and save you even more weight.

I had an Ole school xlx in there, which is about the same as mmx8s...but with the xlx2 motors run cooler an most importantly ripple will stay under 1v,usely .5 to .75v of ripple..where's the xlx,mmx8 would be at 2.50-4.00v of ripple...I don't have room for a cappack.so by using the xlx2 I won't need a cap an I'll gain about 2volts back...2 volts on a higher kv motor is huge...it would be about 6000 rpms difference..I removed the fan off the xlx2,it's not needed in this light car,so far it hasn't got over 90 degrees..a naked xlx2 compared to a mmx8s with cap an fan isn't much weight difference

Here's a stock chassis typhon speedcar only ,I've been working on,I've got 2 passes on it since new system.geared to the moon 4,5 an maybe 6s car...kept it light,no battery tray,rx box, shocks, swaybars, cut alot of material off whatever I could, cut 14 grams off rear tower..that's like a half Oz for my 420 fans..lol..front tower gonna get cut up next.flipped motor mount to fit xlx2 on chassis,it's got 2.8 infraction speed diffs, narrow senton 6s suspension...tp4060cm-3480kv 1st run 107mph on 4s WITH 27/40 LMAO😆😅🤣😂
Most cars need like 34/34 gearing to get over 100mph on 4s

Here's my version of a 1/5 typhon...it's just a street basher now.ran my all time 140mph pb with this car last year.its a super heavy ride..Mojave chassis I reconfigured the layout by drilling new holes trying for straighter center shafts hoping to help with shaft vibrations.couldnt keep center shafts in it.shafts flying around over 120s F's some $hit up...this car went through probly 500$ in shafts last year,an smacked 3 motors,2 braces and even knock a battery tray an pack out the side of car at like 114..got 2 braces in rear to contain shafts from Flying around.lol so now its a 100-mph street basher.xlx that's currently strapped into 1 of battery trays...lol..tp5660 1460kv 2.8 diffs an currently 1/5 grps.thats my 3 current typhons....
