I was able to find them searching for wire connector sheath Aliexpress says they are cold-press naked terminal cases. 2000 for $1.88 and $15 for shipping...............

Can also be found under the name Tygon tubing.

It has different feel than Tygon it much softer and it is flared on one end to hold onto the wire but still be able to go around the bullet at the same time.

I gotta pass then. Maybe you can soften the Tygon up a little with one of these.
