What do you think I should do first please I need help man I’ve tired a lot of different things nothing is working :/Because a stock motor is 2050kv and your new one is 1260kv. That’s a huge drop in KV, and if you don’t gear up to make up that delta, then of course it will be slower.
What route should I go please help!?I’m not sure why one pic is missing View attachment 163692
You could probably gear it to a 34t spool and 30t pinion with no problem with that set up to get more speed, but Watch your Temps…

So what route should I go meaning what changes should I make to at least get the most I can out of this motor thanks bud I appreciate the help.kv is like the motor's electric gear ratio. The castle 1717-1260 is a much bigger motor than your stock one, it's just 'geared' with 39% lower torquey rpm's per volt. It will easily pull a 40T+ pinion up to 100mph without overheating.
Get yourself some huge sage pinions 38-43T.What do you think I should do first please I need help man I’ve tired a lot of different things nothing is working :/
