Tekno SCT410.3 Paint job

Here's my 2nd attempt at a rattle can paint job. Turned out pretty well. My lines were a lot crisper than my 1st time. Still need practice on the smoke window tint as it pooled in a few spots.

PS-16 Metallic Blue - 4 coats
PS-3 Light Blue on the smaller areas - 3 coats
PS-57 Pearl White backing - 2 coats
PS-31 Smoke on windows - 5 coats

Def lexan...made for polycarbonate! Still in a rattle can though. I guess it's pretty obvious it's not air brushed, so I'll refrain from using that term going fwd. Still new to painting bodies.

Like the others said, that blue on blue looks great.

My top tip for you for the smoke is hit it from further away, it always looks darker when you've finished. So if you think, Oh I'll do one more coat, you've probably already done enough..!!

Man that really looks nice , great job !!! What about the truck ? Did you do a build thread on it ? BTW , that is my favorite SCT body also, Proline Flo-tek . My LHS keeps them in stock as it is the most popular choice for us SCT racers . PRO3458-17 pre cut .
