On a (kids) go kart, you better just scale up the motor. Higher voltage, lower amps. For 1000$ you can get an insane motor/esc combo.

LMT makes great RC motors but a soon as scale is no longer required, there are better (affordable) options.

To this day a MGM / Lehner setup has not gone faster in an RC car than a XLX2 with TP Power motor.

Also I would say that Lehner motor is not the most powerful RC car motor. TP Power makes the TP100 XL. It is 100mm diameter
