I work in IT and do development and Admin work for a compliance software in the hospital/surgical center space.
Money is always tight because my wife likes her 3500 sq ft house.

I rarely have more than 2 RC cars. I always have some crazy ideas and love building one off custom things. Typically I sell my RC cars shortly after finishing them because I get so excited about the next build idea. I am hopeful selling carbon fiber speed run bodies helps fund more projects without having to sell off my hard work

I'm a construction safety specialist for a university. I used to work for a large contractor, but now I get to do almost the same job and keep my hours to 40 per week. Most of that money goes to pay for the house I live in and food for me, my wife, and our four kids.

My RCs and other hobbies are mostly paid for by money I make cutting my neighbor's lawn. Yes, I'm 37. No, it doesn't bother me at all to still be cutting lawns for cash. ?

2 guys I went to high school with bought themselves mowers/trailers and built a lawn cutting business right out of school, They got a large enough customer base and ended up selling the company for 3mil. There’s $$ in that grass.

No doubt! I used to do 5 lawns every weekend when I was a kid. Not a bad side hustle.

I am the Production manager here. Have been working here for more than 15 years now and I''m turning 36 this year. Started on the shop floor as a fitter/welder. Its long but gratifying hours. I really love my crew and the job I have.
Many challenges day after day, mostly from managing the crew, but that's what I enjoy the most.
We have a nice diverse group here. Very nice!
Do you work at gerdau?

I'm frugal where I can be
I make/bring my coffee, breakfast and lunch to work every day. The three of those combined comes out to about $1.50 per day. We don't dine in at restaurants and only get takeout about once a month.
If only I could get my wife to quit her Starbucks habit....

Class A truck driver, I love driving the small cars (RCs) as much as the big stuff (18 wheelers).
Thank you!! You guys kept the world moving when it came to a screeching hault. What you guys go through is disgusting people make me sick. Thank you again!!

I cut off my family's food supply, they sleep on the floor with a particle board overhead held up with bent hinge pins. They plan their showers based on the weather and use simple green as shampoo.
