Kraton 8S or EXB 6S?? HELP!!!

You guys are going to hate me so I currently own a Traxxas ERevo 2.0 and UDR. I like both of them for their own characteristics but honestly just want something more. Something faster, something bigger, and something way tougher than my Revo!! Spur of the moment I ordered a Kraton 8s because I love my Buddy’s Outcast. But then it had me thinking I’m going to miss the double backflips my Revo would do 10ft in the air. So I ordered a EXB with Hobby Wing Max8 and 2200kv motor. I haven’t received either but I’m going to return one of the Kratons. So would you (1) keep the 8s and possibly upgrade electronics later because I feel they’re slow in stock form (2) keep the EXB with my current 6s electronics I ordered (3) keep the EXB and install 8s electronics?
Tempted to keep the EXB and run 8s but worried about tearing up diffs, and really like the size of the Kraton 8s but worried about bending the frame and not even getting 50mph out of it. Please post your opinions!

That's a loaded question. the Short..... Kraton 6s appears more nimble, especially an EXB with 8s gear on it, over a K8s.
But for what its worth, with the right $expensive$ electrics, the K8s can do 100 mph. Just thought I would put that out there. The EXB will do more B flips than a K8, and with less $$$ needed and less damage.
I am sure there are others more in tune with the K8 and/or K6 that will give you better advice or convincing either way.
FWIW, the K6 EXB weighs around 15 pounds (8S gear), while the K8 weighs in at 30'ish pounds out the box. Just do the math and physics and check with your wallet first.

Edit: the swb OC8 appears more agile than the K8. Many have stated. I would get the OC8.
If you want a different color than your Friends OC (obviously if bashing together), buy a clear body and paint it up nice. Leave that nice red OC body for the shelf. And bash the crap out of the painted one. Just me. Arrma should have offered a second color. It sucks bashing the same color rigs with friends. Been there.

Keep the K8S and experience the real 1/5 scale !!! ( install 23t ) .I grabbed the first K8S that hit my LHS last Dec , V1 , installed the 23t pinion , rest all stock , been great !! FWIW I don't "kill" / " send " my truck to the moon , and chassis been fine . That said , love my Xmaxx to !!! LOL , and currently wanting the UDR !!!

FWIW I don't "kill" / " send " my truck to the moon , and chassis been fine . That said , love my Xmaxx to !!! LOL , and currently wanting the UDR !!!

My UDR might be up for sale in a week. Only has 3 runs on it. I’m getting the Arrma sickness!! I’m going to build a Mojave EXB after I finish the Kraton

It’s fun to drift lol. On 6S it just spins the back tires constantly. It’s not that I don’t like it, but I’m seriously getting an Arrma sickness so I’m switching over to the dark side I currently have a Kraton 8s and EXB in my garage and the Mojave on the way! Pretty sure the 8s is going back though. I knew how big it was, but then when it got here.... ITS BIG!! And I’ve been told my so many they’re pretty fragile because of their weight

It’s the orange Fox body with grille lights, windshield light, and rear chase light/brake light. It’s had 3-4 runs and just a little rash on the roof from sliding on its lid. No tears in body though. I’ll sell it with a pair of Traxxas batteries. Make me an offer. I can get pictures Monday evening.

why don't u keep the EXB and get the max 6 with 1650KV instead? i run it with a 19t pinion on 8 S and it runs buttersmooth and the diff are fine ( after i placed the LSD plates in the rear )
