The best part about a Dremel is when that disc breaks and bits of it hit you in the face!
That wing is sweet! OEM quality!I made this CF wing for my Infraction using a Dremel. Full disclosure, I did do a tiny bit on a bench grinder but, in retrospect, it wasn't anything that couldn't have been done just as easily with the Dremel.

If you have a stuck rounded out hex use a cutting disk to slot it for a flat head screw driver.
