Did some maintenance and a little rebuilding. Front shocks are replaced with rear shocks (new rears on the back), smaller Typhon front bumper and a short high wingmount with a Typhon wing. Also lost the front sway bar to save a little weight (12,5 g). The body sits a little higher on the rear now for a more aerodynamic look.
All in all shaved a little weight off (43 g)

How are the dimensions on that compared to the the 30°s North buggy? I already know it's bigger than the new Corally buggy

From what I found on the Internet the North has the following dimensions:
LxWxH: 800x450x315mm
Wheelbase: 560mm
Width Front: 375mm
Width Rear: 370mm

My blue Typhon has the following dimensions:
LxWxH: 600x418x215mm
Wheelbase: 420mm
Width Front: 418mm
Width Rear: 418mm

That would make the blue Typhon a little bigger than 1:7 (makes sense as it's a modified Mojave)
My claim of 1:5 is based on the 1:5 Kraton/Outcast, which in fact are more of a 1:6 scale...

And another weight saving via the battery tray
Lets put some holes in it and cut off the cable section:

With a little cleaning (removing stones) the car is now offically under 4.4 Kg :

Lets hope the battery tray is still strong enough...

Guess I'll find a scale or a cheap fish scale to check the weight on my rigs...

Found out the Pro-line Mojave paddle tires are a bit small for the car (great for the normal size 6s Typhon!), stepped up to the Pro-line Slingshots at the cost of weight:

Nice upgrade! Looking to start mine sometime soon. Maybe adapt some Big Rock 6s parts if they make sense to me.

Here's a little update:

Replaced all diffs with metal diff case's

Put the max6g2 1650kv combo in

Total weigth is 5004 g (about 11 lbs)

Looks so good, amazing how well the limitless body just works.

I built a mojave armed 6S typhon last year and it's funny how this is just another 20% larger than that. I bet it handles quite nicely!
