My buddy recorded the prepped pass and it wheelie twice. Surprised it stayed straight

Did you have to pedal that or are you using AVC/gyro?My buddy recorded the prepped pass and it wheelie twice. Surprised it stayed straight
Yokomo drift gyroDid you have to pedal that or are you using AVC/gyro?
Please give me info if you want to be on the list.@Mr.Duke interesting seeing your times. What foams are you running then?
I've not tried foams yet for drag but hear they're the way to go. Currently using S1 GRP tyres which are giving me much better results than my Hoons were on my Infraction 6S drag build.
My PB so far.

Go down 3 teeth on the pinon if you can.I got my Hobao VT drag car out over the weekend and got some test passes in. The car has a Max 6 and TP4050 motor on 8s, running on GRP S1 slicks. Its also on a CF Saga chassis. I practiced 132ft and 188ft runs but couldn't get as many runs in as I would like.
I'm happy so far with these times, considering most seem to get their best times running on foams not GRP's. Of course I would be happier if both times were about 2 tenths faster.. I'm hoping next time out I'll get those two tenths and more as the car will be on 25 shore foams with a larger diameter, and also a different body with a much smaller rear wing for less downforce and drag.
After only a couple passes I could see it was the same story as last time I tried drag, there is more time in the car for sure but my undisciplined finger hasn't quite figured out how to get a consistent smooth launch just yet, but working on it

Seriously impressive times in every category.. These are on 6s, with no prep or wheelie bar on a stock chassis Limitless? Great workStepped up from 4s to 6s today.

I’ve got the TP in the Typhon.@Mr.Duke .. What happened to the TP motor ?? Is this 1717 better than the TP
Oh, and awesome new times by the way.!!
Invest in a leaf blowerOn Sunday I got the 8s drag car out again, this time on Sweep soft foams instead of GRP S1's and used a bit of prep fluid on the tires.. It definitely helped, I ran only 132 and 188ft passes and got 2 to 3 tenths improvement on each. I still need a cleaner road or parking lot to run on, there were leaves, dirt, and road grime all over the road.. I was getting great launches with the prep fluid, but getting wheelspin in the dust immediately after.. Next time out will be with a wheelie bar and on a better cleaner surface, hopefully I can take another couple tenths off these times..

Is this LWB 6S on 6S?It’s been a minute since iv made a Drag hit. Doing it with a little Rocket motor too.
Way too much wheel spin but once that’s sorted the setup should pull an average number.
