Maybe you should consider a Tekno SCT, should perform way better than a senton.

Only $305 on amain for a kit without electronics: https://www.amainhobbies.com/tekno-...ic-4wd-short-course-truck-kit-tkr5507/p438712

Okay, next time I drive by Maryland I will stop and take it for a drive… sounds good?

JK What are finishing it off with?
Dude, anytime you are in my area you are more than welcome to come by. I'll school ya on my track! 🤣

Plus you can bring that extra Mojave you were gonna give me!! 🤣👍

Man, as of yesterday I really had no plans on getting that so haven't even thought about what I'm gonna put in it! 😂.

I've self taught (with the expertise of you all on AF) myself upgrades, diff and shock stuff (still learning about shock adjustments), some tires, bearings, servos, receivers, etc. Haven't jumped into upgrading motors/esc yet. Running all stock motors/esc right now. Gotta do some research and studying on motors.

Hell, I haven't even had time to touch my s&d Infraction I bought a few weeks ago!🤦‍♂️ I just buy em on sale and put them on shelf until I can get to it.

O the woes of having too many rigs!! 😂😂At least I won't get bored for a loooong time!! 😁

Heck, I want racing buddies so bad you could show up here in a dark van with blacked out windows, get out with a roll of duct tape in one hand and a tazer in the other and I'd still invite you back to the track!!! 😂 🤣 👍

No such thing as too many rc's 😁
I think if ur mainly running on a track, you'll likely never need to upgrade your motor or esc unless you decide to go do something official. In which case, you'll likely not be using your bashers anyway.
Side note, sct410.3 is nearly complete, got mud on it before the body was even fitted..talk about addicted!!🤣🤣

Instead of starting another thread, I'll just throw my pit area build in here.😁

I've got my pit area in my shed for the track, but that won't get a make over till wifey gets her shed and gets a bunch of crap outta there. And gets all the crap out of the garage so I can park my car in there!! 🤦‍♂️😂

I have discovered that the more RCs you have and the more build plans you have for them, the more work area you will need. 🤨😁

My pit area in my basement started out small. It was crazy looking at the pics from just last June 2021 and seeing how much my collection has grown and the transformation of the pit. I didn't have much room to work with, so I said eff it! I'm takin' the closet! 😆 I think it turned out well. Really opens the little area up too. Can't wait to start wrenching on it!! 😁✌️

I'll go in chronological order:

I don't see any arrma forum stickers, am I missing something?🤣🤘

I got some advice from a member on RC Talk to use Hay salt, Pure sodium chloride, on my track to kill and keep weeds away. Put it on and wet it down yesterday after some track time (jump montage vid will be put together tonight ;) (y)). We'll see if it works well.

How many pounds of salt is that in the bag? How much was it??

50lbs-$7. Used 2 bags on my track.

Okay.

I was going to recommend pool salt (40lbs at Sam's or Wallymart) as an alternative ,IF you were paying more for your bags of salt.
But, it seems you're getting a much better deal already 👍
