Hahahaha, I think I should have checked the size of the servo before I bought it. Not sure I'm getting this sucker in my K6S.

It is the 1700kv 4076, didn’t want a motor a lot bigger so I could still use my stock heat sink.Nice what Hobbystar did you go with? I run the 4585 1580kv in my Kraton and it's a beast for sure!
Take your servo mount out. Turn that 60kg lay it sideways on your chassis. Use zipties thru chassis around servo on each end where the servo mount bolts were. Make sure servo gear is facing forward. Now hook your servo arm straight to your ackerman bar!!Hahahaha, I think I should have checked the size of the servo before I bought it. Not sure I'm getting this sucker in my K6S.

Keep us in the loop on the performance as Kyosho is not a bad brand at all. Looks like it's got a decent setup for electronics and it's a good looking buggy for sure! If you don't mind me asking what did ya shell out for it? Was it part of the 25% off deals they had going, I got a steal on an XLX2 for same price I paid for my MMX8S I could not pass it up! I only paid $200 with taxes everything for the XLX2 where it would have been about $270 anywhere elsePicked up one of these on a good deal. I’m impressed with its build quality considering its an entry/bash level buggy from Kyosho. I bough it as our local track are going to run these or similar 4S buggies as a little friendly competition. And I got a deal on it from Tower Hobbies I couldn’t pass up lol. I’ve got a 17 or 18t pinion for it and I might change the steering servo out for my older Savox Ty Tessman edition servo but that’s it. Might add a motor cooling fan alsoView attachment 158377View attachment 158378View attachment 158379View attachment 158380
