Breaking my typical 18+ hour fast with a cold plate that I can make quickly and snack on while working on the cars. Same thing I have been eating for breakfast the last few days. I will eat 900-ish calories more or so for dinner in 4 to 6 hours.

Whipped up a Valentine's dinner for the fam.

Some NY strip and some chuck tender steaks.

Along with potatoes smothered in garlic butter and cheese!! It was delicious!

In hind sight I should have butterflied the chuck steaks and took the NY's off a tad bit earlier, but it all turned out great!! Everyone was happy!! Some corn on the side.

Been a while since I've grilled. It was a nice evening, bout 50°. Jammin' to some music and enjoying a few Coronas!! Can't wait for summer!!!

THAT'S why I don't eat it! Bagel and cream cheese with fruit for breakfast today!!. Yesterday was much better Valentines dinner at Don Artemio in Fort Worth. 12 oz ribeye with Cambert potato puree which was really good. Beets, were...ok. Don't care for beets much. and Tres Leches dessert which was very good a little sweet for my tastes but good. That was the main stuff. Set menu 6 course.

I had a whole box of 4 paczki's that I strategically left in my car to get almost frozen last night. Not to hide from my family, but to get cold.

I don't eat stuff I can't pronounce. I think were ordering a papa John's pizza tonight. My gf will not let me use the oven. Prior to her arrival, I only used the microwave. I gained about 30 lbs since I met her. I was pretty thin. Here's me on my boat about a month before I met her. I'm alot healthier now!

Took my momma to breakfast this morning for her 70th birthday!!

Went to Cracker Barrel. I had the Mama's Breakfast with French toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. Bacon was way undercooked. Rest was good.

Mom had the Bacon & Egg Hashbrown casserole. It looked yummy and she loved it!

Good times! Love my momma!!
