What's the process?
Get a mold ( I buy a bunch around Halloween). I use a refractory cement ( with stand high heat) to save money & make more skulls I use mortar in mix as well. Can use quickcrete, but they don’t last-will start to break down. I cut mold in 1/2, spray with a release agent. Tape mold & fill through small hole in top, I let it sit for a few hours start to get integrity & then I put a plastic lubed insert so I can put skulls on rebar. ( I spin insert a few times every few hrs so insert pops out Easy. Once dry , separate mold & spray with a high heat paint... Enjoy👍🏼😉

Finally killed the ads-15 servo I've been running in my Granite for the last 8 months so installed a new Amazon 25kg servo. Hopefully will last as long or longer as also now have the new Integy steering rack that's a lot smoother and way better than the stock rack.

Little cooling upgrade. Stock esc fan has seen better days. Plus it's starting to get warmer, so I figured the motor could get in on the fan love too.

I also am working on a front bulkhead and diff change so I got all the screws back in that needed lock tight so they can set and maybe I can get the rest of the car back together tomorrow to test her out.

Building my very first 3D printer. Currently half way through assembling the thing.

Creality Ender 3 V2 with some options:
- BL Touch, it came late, so not in the pictures yet, working on it at this very moment
- Dual Z-Axis
- Solid leveling rubbers
- Stiffening/anti-vibration support
- For future install: direct drive conversion. I'll need to find a proper adapter plate that also supports the BL Touch first

@Speed/267 you can keep your condo full of turds, Last year we battled wasps all year, not exaggerating, we must have killed 300 of the nasty things. Year before last we had our pool resurfaced. I can understand how much fun your having. 😜

Today we printed a 9ft by 18ft sign. It was four, 4'x8' panels that were taped together from the bottom to hold them together so the printing would register between panels. Then I had to un-tape them so I can laminate them tomorrow. This is a printer you DO NOT want to clear a jam from!

That's my boss just so you can get an idea of scale.

I built a Creality Ender 3 V1 with a ton of upgrades. They are pretty fun to build, but I recommend the bltouch. Saves a ton of time leveling the bed.

Got my Integy gearboxes today so got them installed in my beefed out red, white and blue Kraton 💪😍 also got the new wing buttons installed on the Limitless and Kraton. And finished taping and reinforcing the new blue Noto body.

Ribs. I cooked ribs today. Baby backs, shorts, prime. And some chicken. But first I fixed the suddenly nonfunctional motor in my pellet smoker (talk about arrma problems- f*ckin e clip came off the main spur shaft in the tranny and lost mesh) then I drank. And ate. And drank.

I worked on my Redcat Wendigo rock racer today. In preparation for the new Castle motor and ESC that are coming next week I replaced the nylon transmission gears with CNC steel gears.
